1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 med. bottle red cherries 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine 24 sm. marshmallows 1 c. heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp. sugar Drain juice from pineapple. Place in a large bowl. Cut cherries and marshmallows and nuts in very small pieces. Add to pineapple. Whip cream until thick. Add sugar. Pour over pineapple mixture. Mix lightly. Place in refrigerator 1 hour or longer before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
