1/2 c. lite corn syrup
1 c. milk chocolate or peanut butter chips
4 c. Cocoa Puff cereal

Butter square pan, 8 or 9 inch. Pour corn syrup into microwave bowl on High 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir in chips. Stir in cereal. Press into pan.
