HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE ANGEL PUFFS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. white corn syrup
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut

Put sugar in top of double boiler. Add egg whites, water and corn syrup. Cook and beat over hot water for about 7 minutes or until it stands in peaks. Add melted chocolate, coconut and vanilla. Place by teaspoonfuls on wax paper lined cookie sheets. Bake 20 minutes in 325 degree oven. Let cool five minutes and remove from wax paper.
