HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
salt and pepper
1 (8.25-oz.) sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Place chicken in 7 x 12 baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in 400°F oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid, and set aside. Combine reserved liquid, 57 sauce, and honey; pour over chicken.

Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken.
