CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. fryer 1 stick butter, melted 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers 1 tbsp. poppy seed Boil fryer until tender; debone and cube. Place chicken in baking dish. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers. Pour melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until crackers are golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. |
