1 head lettuce
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onions (or red), chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. frozen petite peas
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Put half the cut and drained lettuce in salad bowl. Add salt and pepper. Layer in vegetables. Cover with rest of lettuce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise - seal lettuce with dressing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
