PORK WITH CHINESE VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. cooked pork, cut into 3/4 inch strips
1 1/2 c. pork or beef gravy
1 c. diagonal sliced celery
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 6 minutes. Stir, cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 5-7 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
