GRANDMA'S TURTLE COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Mix flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans on top. Combine 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Pour over the pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until bubbly and golden crusted. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Sprinkle chips on top and as they melt, swirl lightly.
