CHINESE CHICKEN WITH RICE 
4-6 pork chops or cut up chicken
1 pkg. long grain and wild rice
1 can mixed vegetables (Chinese)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 1/4 c. water

Brown pork or chicken pieces. Set aside. In greased 9x13 baking pan mix both packets of long grain and wild rice mix, Chinese vegetables, soup and mushrooms. Mix water with pan meat drippings, if desired, for more flavor. Add to rice mixture. Place meat pieces on to of rice. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover for last 15 minutes for chicken only.
