MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1-1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
10 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook onion in butter until transparent. Add mushrooms, cook until lightly browned. Add sour cream and seasonings. (If this needs to be thickened add flour and cold water mixture.) Cover and cook on low heat until heated through. Serve with beef, fish or fowl.
