FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Butter baking dish real well. Sprinkle rice all over bottom. Place seasoned chicken pieces over rice; mix soup and milk well and pour over this. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done at 350 degrees. Serve with a salad, rolls and pickles.
