BARBECUE CHICKEN AND SAUCE 
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. salt
1-2 tsp. black pepper, to taste
Makes enough sauce of 1 chicken

Sprinkle chicken with sauce and place in pan under broiler for a few minutes. Then brush with sauce. Let brown on one side; turn and brush other side. Cook about 1 1/2 or 2 hours brushing with sauce. After it has browned on both sides, cover lightly with foil and bake at about 300-350 degrees until tender.
