BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
1 pt. white vinegar
2/4 pt. Wesson oil
1 (12 oz.) tomato juice
4 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. pepper
3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 oz. bottle Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Cook chicken slowly and baste every 5 to 10 minutes until done. Store unused sauce in jar in refrigerator. Keeps a long time.
