1 c. cooking oil
1 pt. cider vinegar
4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again. Add other ingredients and stir. Marinate chicken in sauce for 2 hours. Baste with sauce while grilling.
