about 1 1/2 lb. salmon fillet, skinned and chopped 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 egg 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Chill at least 2 hours. Fry in small amount of olive oil over medium heat until cooked through and brown on both sides. |
