SALMON PATTIES 
1 can pink salmon and liquid
1 egg
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. plain flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Spray pan with vegetable coating spray. Use 1/4 cup measure to form patties. Cook in hot skillet or griddle until brown on both sides. 4-6 servings.
