MINNEOLA BROILED FISH 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco)
2 lb. fish fillets, skinned
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl; set aside. Place fillets in single layer on well-greased broiler pan or casserole dish. Brush fish well with lemon juice. Broil 4 inches from direct heat or flame for 4-6 minutes. Remove from broiler and spread mixture on fillets. Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
