BROILED FISH DELIGHT 
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
3 tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tsp. chives
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 fish fillets

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Place fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 2 inch deep rectangle pan. Pour lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with pepper. Broil fish 6 to 8 minutes until flaked. Remove from oven and spread cheese mixture on top of fish. Broil an additional 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbly.
