BROILED FISH STEAKS | |
3 fish steaks, 1" thick 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. butter, melted Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice; brush with half of the butter; put fish in broiler pan in 550 degree oven; don't cover. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat until light brown, about 6 minutes. Brush fish with butter, turn very carefully. Brush with rest of butter. Broil until fish flakes easily with fork, 4-6 more minutes. |
