BROILED ONION FISH 
6 med. Vidalia onions
Softened butter
12 lg. fish fillets
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried parsley
3/4 c. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely shred onions with grater. Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of fillets. Place close together on greased broiling pan. Dash of pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Pile grated onion on fillets and sprinkle on lemon juice.

Bake for 20 minutes then place under broiler for a minute or two to lightly toast the onions.
