BROILED FISH AU GRATIN 
1 lb. fish fillets
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 green onions, snipped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Pat fillets dry with paper towels. Place fish on oiled broiler rack. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Broil until puffy and golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
