ORANGE BROILED FILLETS
1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Thaw fish, if frozen; separate fillets or cut into 4 serving portions. In bowl combine orange juice, ketchup, cooking oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pepper. Pour mixture over fillets in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets in a greased shallow baking pan. Broil fish 4 inches from heat until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. (Allow 5 minutes for each 1/2 inch of thickness.) Baste occasionally with marinade. If more than 1 inch thick, turn fish when half done. Brush again with marinade, sprinkle with sesame seed. Makes 4 servings.
