PORK CHOPS 
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 pork chops
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. water

Brown pork chops in oil until they are brown on both sides. Add water and let cook for about 10 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and brown gravy mix. Stir around so that the soup and gravy are blended. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes (turn pork chops several times to prevent sticking).
