SAUSAGE AND EGG QUICHE 
1 frozen pie shell
6 oz. pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Cover uncooked pie shell with 1/2 of cheese. Layer sausage over this. Cover with remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
