CHEESE AND EGG QUICHE 
1 frozen pie crust
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1 or 2 tomatoes

Slice cheese, fill pie crust to 3/4 full. Mix eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cheese, slice tomatoes and place around the top of the pie.

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until filling is firm and not runny. Let stand 3-4 minutes, then slice.
