STEAK CASSEROLE 
1-2 lb. round steak
6 med. potatoes, sliced like fries
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Brown steak dipped in flour. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Place potatoes on top of steak and add onion. Mix soup with milk and pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
