1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in pan. Add cocoa, milk and sugar. Mix well until it comes to a full boil, turn heat to medium-high, stirring occasionally, until soft ball test. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter; mix well. Pour into greased cake pan. Let cool, cut.
