MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST 
1 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled or substitute sausage or ham
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (with sausage only)
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices fresh bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 3 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour.
