MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST 
12 slices bread
Diced cooked ham
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
6 slices cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter both sides of bread. Put 6 slices in 9x13 pan. Top with meat, then cheese slices. Put 6 more slices bread on top.

Blend eggs and milk. Add seasonings. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning bake 1 hour at 350. Cut and serve hot.
