HOT CHEESE SPREAD | |
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese 2 med. onions 1 (4 oz.) jar jalapeno peppers 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 3/4 c. mayonnaise Dash salt Using a medium size blade, put cheese, onions and peppers through food chopper. Add mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt; mix well. Store mixture in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. |
