HOT CLAM SPREAD 
4 cans minced or chopped clams
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 lg. onions, diced
8 cloves garlic, minced
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. oregano
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. Progresso seasoned bread crumbs
Paprika
Parmesan cheese

Simmer clams and juice with lemon juice in a pan for 15 minutes. Melt butter in frying pan and saute garlic, onions, Tabasco, cayenne pepper and oregano for 5 minutes. Combine clams and the juice with sauteed mixture and add bread crumbs in a large bowl. Pour into pie plate, sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. You can serve with crackers.
