HOT CRAB SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. creamed horseradish

Combine softened cream cheese and milk. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Place in oven proof dish, bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on part rye.
