BARBEQUED PORK | |
1 1/4 lb. pork shoulder or butt, cut up 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce Marinate pork in all seasoning overnight, turning occasionally. Wrap in foil, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Unwrap the foil, pour juice out; leave unwrapped and bake for 15 more minutes. Boil 4 minutes (or until browned) on each side. Slice and serve. |
