PORK BARBEQUE 
4 lb. pork Boston butt, boneless & lean
2 (2 lb.) cans tomatoes or 1 c. tomatoes + 1 c. puree
3 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Simmer all ingredients over low heat for 6 to 7 hours.
