CROCK POT BARBECUE 
3 to 4 lbs. pork loin or boston butt, cubed
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
6 to 8 tsp. meat broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Liquid smoke (to taste)
5 to 6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. crushed pepper
Optional, Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce to taste

Combine ingredients in crockpot and cook until desired doneness.

I tried this on a 5lb Boston butt, added more beef stock though and a large can of pineapples with juice... it turned out amazing! I had BBQ for dinner and dessert!
