JOHN'S PORK BARBECUE ON A BUN 
3 - 5 lb. pork butt
1 bottle barbecue sauce
Hamburger buns
1/4 c. vinegar

Trim excess fat from butt. Place in crock pot. Pour vinegar over top. Cover and cook on low overnight, 10 to 12 hours. Remove from pot. Let cool enough to handle. Pick meat apart. It will shred easily; remove any fat or gristle. Place in microwave safe bowl. Mix in sauce, stirring well. Cover and microwave on high 2 minutes. Mix again, then microwave 3 minutes longer. Spoon onto hamburger buns.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
