PORK BBQ 
5-6 lbs. Boston Butt pork roast

Cook roast until tender. Separate meat and set aside.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. onion bits
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of hot sauce

Add meat to sauce and simmer at least 20 minutes.
