1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick + 2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in 9"x13" pan and add mixture of flour and sugar. Pat down and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

In one bowl combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. In another bowl prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Combine both mixtures together and spread over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts or fruit topping.
