MELT IN YOU MOUTH BLUEBERRY CAKE 
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
3 c. blueberries

Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Beat remaining ingredients including yolks. Fold in blueberries and egg whites. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
