MELT IN YOUR MOUTH BLUEBERRY
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries

Sift dry ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugar and beat in egg yolks. Add vanilla and milk alternately with dry ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold in batter then add the blueberries. Put in greased 9 inch pan and sprinkle batter with sugar. Bake 350 oven, 35-45 minutes.
