POPPY SEED DESSERT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

FROSTING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients 1 to 2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and pour frosting over top while warm.
