STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 lg. mushrooms (stems removed)
2 green onions
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. can tiny shrimp

Chop mushroom stems finely. Combine with other ingredients. Blend well. Spoon into mushroom caps and mound. Place in microwave oven on high for 4 minutes. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
