FRIED CHICKEN VICHYSSOISE 
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced potatoes, 1/2" thick
3/4 c. sliced onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water

Combine flour, salt and pepper, paprika in bag. Add chicken and shake. Brown in butter in large skillet. Push chicken pieces to center of pan. Arrange sliced potatoes around edge. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Sprinkle sliced onion over all. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.
