MOM'S VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
3 c. frozen corn
1 c. frozen broccoli
1 lg. potato, diced
1 onion, sliced thin
McCormick parsley and garlic salt

Pour enough oil into skillet to cover bottom. Add all vegetables and fry until potatoes are browned. Sprinkle parsley and garlic salt to taste.
