EVEN I CAN MAKE IT FUDGE! 
4 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) marshmallow whip
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Carnation milk
4 c. sugar

Mix all together in large bowl. In a separate pan, cook carnation milk and 4 cups sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for exactly 7 minutes. Pour into chocolate mixture and blend well. Pour into large buttered pan. Makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
