1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1/2 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients in saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal in large bowl; mix gently. Pour half box of powdered sugar in brown paper bag. Add coated cereal. Shake well, then add remaining cereal. Shake to coat completely. Enjoy!
