BINUBODAN 
4 c. cooked rice
3 pieces bubod (yeast starter)
1/4 c. white sugar

Powderize the bubod and mix it well with the cooled rice. Put the mixture into a pot, cover it, then wrap it with a piece of cloth. Let it stand for 5 days. On the 5th day, sprinkle the mixture with sugar, then cover it again and let it stand for one more day. It is ready to serve on the 6th day.

Caution: Eating more than one cup could make you feel a little intoxicated. Good for adults only.
