PICKLED PEACHES 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
4 cinnamon sticks 2 tbsp. whole cloves
2 (29 oz.) cans peach halves

Drain peaches in bowl, reserving syrup. Add sugar, vinegar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to syrup in pan. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Pour hot syrup over peaches. Cool.
