BANANA BRAN BARS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. crushed bran cereal
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 carrot, shredded
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 8 x 8 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cereal. Mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg substitute, carrot, banana, and walnuts. Combine milk mixture and dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 6 bars.
