GRILLED POTATOES 
4 potatoes
1/4 med. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1 tbsp. butter

Do not peel the potatoes. Wash them thoroughly, and cut into bite-size cubes. From a roll of aluminum foil, tear off 4 pieces at least 12x12 inches.

Onto each square, put equal portions of potatoes and onion. Dot with butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Wrap each securely and cook on medium heat over grill about 40 minutes, turning frequently. Carrots may be grilled the same way, except for increasing the butter to 2 tablespoons.
